What is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a specialized treatment option for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy, but don’t require 24-hour inpatient care. IOP is designed to address a wide range of mental health issues, including:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Bipolar disorder

  • Mood disorders

What to Expect in Our IOP

  • Personalized Treatment: Each client’s plan is tailored to their unique needs and goals, ensuring the best path for healing and growth.

  • Flexible Scheduling: We understand you have a busy life, so our IOP is designed to fit around your work, school, or family commitments.

  • Expert Care: Our team consists of licensed therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals who specialize in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

  • Comprehensive Support: In addition to therapy sessions, our program offers skills-building workshops, family therapy, and access to support groups to create a well-rounded treatment plan.

  • A Safe, Compassionate Environment: Your journey is important to us. We strive to provide a warm, welcoming space where you can heal at your own pace without fear of judgment.
